Booking Conditions
1. BEFORE YOU BOOK
1.1 CHOOSING A HOLIDAY: We hope that your Bond Tours holiday will live up to your expectations so it is very important that you choose the right holiday for you. Space in our brochure to give detailed information is limited and whilst our staff are always happy to advise this can only be an opinion. If you are unsure about the suitability of a destination or service, you must seek supplementary information which can be obtained from libraries, tourist offices, internet etc.
1.2 HOTEL GRADING: The hotel grading outlined in our brochure is represented from information that we have been given and is correct to the best of our knowledge.
1.3 HOTEL DESCRIPTION: The hotel descriptions outlined in our brochure represent an evaluation by Bond Tours, which attempts to reflect the style and atmosphere of the hotel. The views expressed are subjective and should be treated as such. We cannot undertake to provide the same rooms as may be shown in the photographs in the brochure.
1.4 HOTEL CLASSIFICATIONS: All ratings quoted in this brochure are official classifications. There is no international system of classification, so ratings are not comparable between countries. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of a particular hotel for your own requirements please contact one of our consultants for further advice.
1.5 SINGLE ROOMS: Prices are based on shared accommodation and single supplements will be advised on request.
1.6 SPECIAL REQUESTS: Where special requests such as dietary, room location, a particular facility at a hotel, flight seat requests and/or particular meals are an important factor in the choice of holiday, you must advise us when the booking is made. We are happy to pass your request on to the hotel or airline but cannot guarantee that it will be accommodated. We will also pass on any dietary requests to airlines but we recommend that you check directly with the airline once your tickets have been issued.
1.7 HOTEL FACILITIES: Not all facilities identified in the brochure descriptions are free of charge. Facilities such as water sports, tennis court, fitness centres and entertainment are under the control of the hotel management and are charged at the hotel's discretion. Please ask hotel reception for applicable charges of facilities prior to use. The availability of some facilities may be subject to weather conditions.
1.8 PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH REGULATIONS
At present there are no Visa requirements for British and Irish passport holders travelling to Croatia. You should ensure that you have a valid ten year passport and it is recommended that it is valid for six months after your return from holiday. For other nationals it is the responsibility of the individual to ascertain and arrange their own entry requirements. Further details can be obtained from the Croatian Embassy on 020 7387 1144 or the Embassy of your country of origin. It is your responsibility to consult with your doctor with regards to individual health requirements for travel to Croatia.

1.9 DATA PROTECTION: In order to process and operate your booking it will be necessary to use information that you provide to us with out agents, accommodation suppliers and airlines. Bond Tours undertakes to take all reasonable measures to protect the information that you provide to us. Information may also be passed to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them.
