Booking Conditions
Please read this page carefully. These provisions contain the rights and obligations by you and the other persons included in the holiday to us, and our rights and obligations towards you and your party. Upon our acceptance of your booking, these provisions will form part of your contract with us - Bond Tours (Reg. name: Business Travel Services Ltd). We are a company registered in England under reg. number 1792321. We hold an Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL Number 3767) issued by Civil Aviation Authority and are also members of ABTA, IATA and AITO.
1. BEFORE YOU BOOK
1.1 CHOOSING A HOLIDAY: We hope that your Bond Tours holiday will live up to your expectations so it is very important to choose the right arrangement. Space in our brochure to give detailed information is limited and whilst our staff are always happy to advise this can only be an opinion. If you are unsure about suitability of a destination or service, you should seek supplementary information that can be obtained from libraries, tourist offices, internet etc.
1.2 HOTEL GRADING: The hotel grading outlined in our brochure is represented from information that we have been given from suppliers and agents and to the best of our knowledge is correct at the time of going into print, as of 01 November, 2008.
1.3 HOTEL/PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The hotel descriptions outlined in our brochure represent an honest evaluation by Bond Tours, which attempts to reflect the style and atmosphere of each individual hotel and other accommodation and properties. The views expressed are subjective and should be treated as such. We cannot undertake to provide the same rooms as may be shown in the photographs in this brochure or on our web site.
1.4 HOTEL CLASSIFICATIONS: All ratings quoted in this brochure are official classifications and correct at the time of going into print. There is no standard international system of classification, so ratings may not be comparable between countries. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of a particular hotel for your own requirements, please contact one of our consultants for further advice.
1.5 SINGLE ROOMS: Prices are based on shared accommodation and single-room supplement will be advised on request.
1.6 SPECIAL REQUESTS: Where special requests such as dietary, room location, a particular facility at a hotel, flight seat requests and/or particular meals are an important factor in the choice of holiday, you must advise us when the booking is made and these details must be indicated in writing at this time. We shall pass your request on to the hotel but cannot guarantee that this will be accommodated. We will also pass on any dietary requests to airlines but we recommend that you check directly with the airline once your tickets have been issued or at the flight check-in the latest.
1.7 HOTEL FACILITIES: Not all facilities identified in the brochure descriptions are free of charge. Facilities such as water sports, tennis court, fitness centres and entertainment are under the control of the hotel management and are charged at the hotels discretion. Please ask hotel reception for applicable charges of facilities prior to use. The availability of some facilities may be subject to weather conditions or time of the year, or may be withdrawn at short notice.
1.8 PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH REGULATIONS: At present there are no Visa requirements for British passport holders travelling to Croatia. You should ensure that you have a valid ten-year passport and it is recommended that it is valid for three months after your return from holiday. For other nationals it is the responsibility of every individual traveller to ascertain and arrange their own entry requirements. Further details can be obtained from the Croatian Embassy on 020 7387 1144 or the Embassy of your home or passport-issuing country. It is your responsibility to consult with your medical advisor regarding individual health requirements for travel to Croatia. Please refer to specific airline regulations for their policy regarding travel when pregnant.
1.9 DATA PROTECTION: In order to process and operate your booking it will be necessary to share some of the information that you provide to us with our agents, accommodation suppliers and airlines. Bond Tours undertakes to take all reasonable measures to protect the information that you provide to us. Information may also be passed to security or credit-card checking companies and public authorities such as customs/immigration if so required by them.
